The counting is almost done, and we're proud to announce the 2014 World's Largest Golf Outing has raised over $875,000 in support of Wounded Warrior Project -- a record high in the four-year history of the event.

“Our nation’s generosity and the growth of the World’s Largest Golf Outing are amazing,” said Billy Casper Golf chairman and CEO Peter Hill. “It’s humbling to witness the unwavering appreciation for our brave troops whose sacrifices protect and preserve our daily freedoms.”

Over 12,000 people played in the Aug. 11 event at over 120 facilities around the United States. Factoring in 2014 fundraising, the World's Largest Golf Outing has raised nearly $2 million for Wounded Warrior Project.

“We are deeply moved by the outpouring of support from golfers and veterans alike,” said Adam Silva, chief development officer of WWP. “We salute Billy Casper Golf for its altruistic culture and presenting this massive event with tremendous precision and professionalism.”
