(RESTON, Va.) – In Midwest Golfing Magazine’s 2019 summer issue, Florida-partner course The Club at Eaglebrooke was selected for the magazine’s “Florida’s High Five” section.
The section showcases five central Florida courses each edition, and touted the 7,030-yard, par-72 course as one of the must-play courses in the area with its six sets of tees on every hole, “so players of all skill levels can enjoy the clever routing.”
Included in this is the “scenic 13th” which has “an island fairway connected to the green and other parts of the course by a series of bridges.” It’s one of the “most talked about holes in the Sunshine State and one that could make or break your round,” according to Midwest Golfing Magazine.
But, the 13th is only one of the 18 holes golfers have come to love at The Club at Eaglebrooke.
“I simply love the layout,” said Ryan Roberts, general manager of The Club at Eaglebrooke. “All of the holes are unique in their own way. You have some doglegs to the left, doglegs to the right, reachable but challenging par-5s, great par-3s and a lot of water. (Course Designer) Ron Garl really did a great job on this design.”
