Winners Abound at First Annual Eastpointe Cup

It was a merger 30 years in the making.

Two of Palm Beach Gardens most highly sought after private clubs – Eastpointe Country Club and The Golf & Racquet Club at Eastpointe – recently merged to form the area's most value-driven membership program.

To celebrate the new union, the club hosted the first annual Eastpointe Cup, a Ryder Cup-style tournament pitting men and women from either club against eachother in friendly competition.

A total of 39 matches were played, plenty of birdies were made, new friendships formed and countless laughs shared.  After the dust settled, the Eastpointe Cup ended in a tie.

Pretty fitting for two clubs with a long history of excellence.

The new Eastpointe Country Club is now home to some amazing amenities including:

  • Two, 18-hole courses designed by renowned architects George and Thomas Fazio
  • Comprehensive practice facilities with multiple driving ranges, putting greens and bunkers
  • Two clubhouses with full service dining rooms, grilles, bars, card and locker rooms
  • Coveted tennis programs featuring 16 Har-Tru courts and competitive and “fun” tournaments
  • Heated, 2,800 square-foot pool
  • Expanded, state-of-the-art fitness centers and certified trainers
