Hundreds of global collectors looking to own a piece of automotive history will flock to Fernandina Beach Golf Club’s West Course on Thursday, March 12 for the Bonhams Amelia Island Auction. Open to the public, the event will feature an array of collectable automobiles, from turn-of-the century motorcars to rare sports cars.
Beginning at 10 am with an automobilia auction, guests can bid on items like vintage model toys, race pennants, original car blueprints and artwork. The motorcar auction follows at noon and features an amazing collection of cars including a 1977 Toyota Land Cruiser FJ43 LWB, 1992 Ferrari F40 and a 1932 Stutz DV-32 Super Bearcat.
Admission is from $20 for single entry to $150 for bidder registration. Come out and enjoy a day that put’s a whole new twist on “driving one down the fairway.”
