Jack Frost National Golf Club is all sorts of cool.

Meandering through Pennsylvania’s Pocono Mountains, the Terry LaGree design quickly became a local favorite when it opened in 2007.  Named a “Best New Course” by Golfweek, the par-72, 7,256-yard layout makes for an enjoyable test of golf.  Wide fairways point to easily identifiable target areas while few uneven lies and no blind shots make it a truly unique mountainous golf course.

But it’s not all sunshine and daises, Jack Frost National’s bite for better golfers comes in the form of several elevation changes, some sever.
