FootGolf has come to Michigan at Fellows Creek Golf Club

Footgolf being played at a Billy Casper Golf golf course in America.

Fellows Creek Golf Club, located in Canton, Mich., now features FootGolf, a hybrid of golf and soccer, at its course.

Created in conjunction with the American FootGolf League (AFGL), Fellows Creek is set up for 18 holes of FootGolf and joins four other courses in Michigan offering the exciting and unique sport.

Each hole is assigned a par and players kick off using a soccer ball, strategically kicking it until they make it in the 21-inch cup. The holes are cut into the rough to avoid damage to fairways and greens. AFGL provides a rule book for players to follow.

"We are excited to bring FootGolf to Fellows Creek Golf Club,” says Jessie Hodge, General Manager of Fellows Creek. “Billy Casper Golf has a history of innovation in the game of golf and the reaction to FootGolf has been decidedly positive.”

The FootGolf course at Fellows Creek is open weekdays until 2 pm and on weekends from 1 p.m. to close. Adults can play for $19 and juniors (16 and under) for $15 with soccer ball and cart rental available at $5 apiece. A special two-for-one offer is available for a limited time.
