The club is already seeing results from an irrigation system overhaul that is nearly complete. In addition to capital improvements, BCG -- which has managed the town-owned, Cape Cod facility since 2005 -- is utilizing a mix of technology, marketing and new programming to inspire more people to visit the club.
Falmouth Country Club recently participated in the World's Largest Golf Outing and will participate in Women's Golf Day later this month. It hosts a variety of tournaments throughout the year including single tee time outings (16+ players), modified shotgun outings (40 - 80 players) and full field shotgun outings (100 + players).
Featuring lush fairways and immaculate greens, Falmouth Country Club is a popular destination for visitors to the Cape. The driving range has been newly renovated with 20 hitting stations. Other practice facilities include a chipping green, putting green and bunker short game practice area. The clubhouse, which includes a fully-stocked golf shop and snack bar -- offers indoor seating for up to 60 people and an additional tent area for up to 180 people. The course was an early adopter of GolfBoards, which can be rented for nine or 18 holes.
An Audubon International-certified Cooperative Sanctuary, the course is committed to protecting the local environment, conserving natural resources and providing wildlife habitats. It is home to an abundance of wildlife including red-tailed hawks and ospreys.
